Dartlet was forged through real-world leadership experiences inside large enterprises, where co-founders Scott Ochander and Tyler Borders earned their stripes. Tasked with transforming a 5,000-person, internationally recognized U.S. Office of Science laboratory that included thousands of PhD scientists, Scott and Tyler harnessed decades of insights and understanding that flew in the face of the traditional “guess, hope, and pray” agency-model of change.
It worked.

What resulted was a process and toolkit that built consensus, brought objective data to the forefront, and put brains before beauty.
