DEFINE YOUR AUTHENTIC IDENTITY FROM WITHIN
The real world.
AN APPROACH CREATED FROM NECESSITY
IN THE ACTUAL WORKPLACE (NOT AGENCY DREAMLAND)
Dartlet was forged through real-world leadership experiences inside large enterprises, where co-founders Scott Ochander and Tyler Borders earned their stripes. Tasked with transforming a 5,000-person, internationally recognized U.S. Office of Science laboratory that included thousands of PhD scientists, Scott and Tyler harnessed decades of insights and understanding that flew in the face of the traditional “guess, hope, and pray” agency-model of change.
What resulted was a process and toolkit that built consensus, brought objective data to the forefront, and put brains before beauty. The Dartlet model evolved over the following decade, with dozens of groundbreaking case studies in the higher education, healthcare, destination, and consumer retail sectors.
Consensus is critical.
unite your organization
Dartlet’s high-volume, qualitative research model and large-group facilitation techniques leave no stone unturned. While others conduct a few focus groups or hold a “town hall meeting,” Dartlet gathers thousands of live data points as we motivate and align your stakeholders, quickly and efficiently. Nobody involves the masses like Dartlet.
Lasting change requires consensus.
